Poor customer service - don't put up with it!


Stories...

In this business, I hear a ton of them.  Occasionally, I hear about barn finds, one owner cars or hacked projects built by unskilled shops. 

Lately, the common theme is poor customer service:


  • Not answering the phone
  • Not returning calls or emails
  • Waiting 4-6 weeks for a product to ship after a large down payment
  • Backorders
  • Lack of product knowledge

This happened recently with a Corvette customer.  They placed an order with a company for a transmission package and gave them a large deposit only to hear they would have to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery.  This customer cancelled the order with the other company, ordered from SST and we shipped the next day!
